I have been the GM for Fort Collins DCR since 2009, and in that time I have one motto that sums up how management operates here; take care of your customers, take care of your employees and the rest takes care of itself. After 35 years in the automotive industry I have found that keeping a happy workplace that's a great environment for customers and employees is the formula to a successful business. It's really that simple.
We empower our employees so they have the ability to learn and improve faster. That gives us an advantage over our competition. Let's face it, the bottom line is, if our customers are happy with our services and confident in our ability to take care of their automotive needs, our job is done. The best way to achieve that is to work as a team giving employees the autonomy they need to provide all of our customers with quality products and exceptional service. That's what we do.
